Touring the property with prospects and handling the full leasing process
Conducting move-ins and move-outs and keeping resident files organized
Supporting residents with requests and managing concerns professionally
Leading onsite staff and helping them grow
Handling rent collection, renewals, and delinquency processes
Keeping the property looking great with regular inspections
Managing budgets, vendors, and purchase orders
Staying on top of marketing, comps, and local outreach
Hosting weekly or monthly staff meetings
Pay: $35-$45/hr depending on experience.
